This is Jordyns favorite spot. Pulling up at the toy box in my bedroom. Yes she is letting go. She wants to walk so bad and of course I am not ready for that. She is growing up way to fast.

Our Weekend!

Well we didn't do all that much. Just hung around the house and played on Friday night and then on Saturday night Tay Tay and Jud came and kept the kids and me and Adam had a date night. WE had lots of fun. We went to superior grill and then to see the movie Bride Wars which I loved. It was wonderful. We never go to the movies so it was a treat. The kids had a good time and when we came home Jud and Brady were asleep in my room and Taylor and Jordyn asleep in Jordyns room. They must be good because my kids don't really go to sleep for anyone but me and Adam. Today we went to church and hung out with my parents and then Mary Cates came and played tonight and Poppy came to visit. I will post some new pics soon. I hope everyone had a great weekend!

My baby girl is 8 months old

WEll I can't believe it but Jordyn is 8 months old. And guess what this morning she crawled to me and said mama. I was so excited. It is very strange cause both my children crawled and pulled up at 7 months and said mama at 8 months. Brady has always been a wonderful talker. He has been carrying on conversations with me forever and everyone always says he talks so good for his age. She actually said words before he did though cause she said dada and nanny at 6 months old. She doesn't actually call adam dada yet though she just says that for everything. So she may be a talker also. Her teacher at church says she talks the whole time I am gone. I love the stage their in right now though. He just kisses on her and tells her he loves her and it melts my heart. Of course they argue and she pulls his hair and everything else but they truly do love each other.

Busy Weekend!

WEll we had a full weekend. I had my sisters Surprise party Friday night and then on Saturday night we had our sunday school christmas party. WE have to do it after Christmas because there are so many people that are out of town in December. Meme and Papa kept the kids so they loved that. On sunday Adam took the kids to church and I went to watch Tay in her cheerleading competition at the BJCC. All Trussville teams won and even won Grand champs, so that was great. I got to go get with my family at Red Lobster after that and then go get my nails done. Thanks to my wonderful husband I got to enjoy the day. He is truly wonderful. I hope everyone had a great weekend!

Deana's 40th Surprise Party!

I threw my sister a surprise 40th birthday party at my house last night. The family took her out to eat at Lovoys first and then we told her we were coming back to my house for cake. She was totally surprised. It went perfect. Everything was wonderful. It was great to see old friends and everyone a chance to catch up. The kids were all wonderful and had a blast playing together. Happy Birthday sis! I can't believe I have a 40 year old sister! That's crazy! WE have always been so close though even though we are so many years apart. I love her dearly!

Jordyn is crawling!

Yep Jordyn is crawling and pulling up. She would love to walk but she is just still not ready, but yet she thinks she is. She is getting so big. My baby boy is about to be 3 and I just can't believe how fast he has grown up. I am having a hard time with 3 cause that just sounds so much older. Well we have a full weekend so I will have lots of pics to post.

New Years Eve

WE went out with some friends last night to the Melting Pot and it was so good and so much fun. Nana and Pop had the kids and when we were eating desert they called and said Brady was crying with his ear again. So we left and called the doctor and he called me in a different antibiotic. He was hurting extremely bad by 2 a.m. At midnight we brought in the new year by forcing medicine down our child. What a way to start out huh? The pharmacy didn't mix it for us so we had to call and find out how to mix it and then do all that and get it down him. It was a very interesting night. Anyways that is why we don't have many pics but oh well. He seems to be feeling better this morning. I hope you all have a happy new year!
