Please pray for my dad!

My dad had to have a PET scan on Tuesday and we got the results today. They found a suspicious spot on his neck. He has to have an MRI to know if it is cancer or not. If it is it is probably stage 4 and that is not good. Please pray for him. I can't imagine going through all that again. My dad is my rock and don't know what I would do without him. Please pray it is just nothing.
